This notice explains how Premier Player Auction handles information when you sign in, register a club or league, or participate in player registration and auctions. League organizers may also handle your information separately under their own policies.
Information we receive
We receive information you provide through sign-in, registration, and support requests. This can include your name, email address, profile image, mobile number, and club, league, team, or player details. Organizers may also submit player records and statistics. When you use Google sign-in, we receive the account information provided for authentication, such as your name, email address, and profile image. Email-and-password accounts use a stored password hash for authentication. Uploaded profile photographs and logos are stored to display them in the relevant account or event features.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, associate organizers with their clubs and leagues, manage registrations, display player and team records, run auctions, and respond to support requests. Auction information includes bids, team assignments, and results.
Visibility and service providers
Player profiles, statistics, team rosters, and auction results may appear on publicly accessible league and tournament pages. Organizers can access information used to manage their events. The service uses external providers for sign-in, hosting, and data storage; those providers process information needed to deliver those features. Avoid submitting sensitive information in player profiles or other public fields.
Registration payments
Where a tournament enables PayPal checkout, PayPal processes the payment under its own policies. We keep registration and payment records, including the account and tournament, submitted registration details, amount, currency, transaction identifiers, payment status, and any recorded refund or dispute status. These records support registration confirmation, payment recovery, and reconciliation. Confirm payment and refund arrangements with your organizer.
Email and push notifications
We use email providers, including Resend where configured, to send account and registration messages. Where push notifications are available and you enable them, we store a device or browser notification token associated with your account and tournament or team subscription. Firebase Cloud Messaging uses that token to deliver notifications. You can disable push notifications through the available subscription control or your browser notification settings.
Cookies and browser storage
Sign-in uses cookies to maintain your session and support authentication. Some views use local browser storage to remember display preferences, such as your theme choice and card positions. You can remove cookies and stored data through your browser settings; doing so may sign you out or reset preferences.
Your choices and requests
You can choose what information to submit and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you. Identify the relevant account, league, or player record so we can locate it. We may need to verify your identity. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any records that must be retained. Contact your organizer about information they maintain separately.
Records and security
League, player, and auction records can remain available after an event ends as part of its history. Contact us if you want a record reviewed or removed. No internet service can guarantee complete security; protect your sign-in credentials and avoid sharing access to your account.
Information about minors
Organizers submitting information about minors should ensure they have the necessary authority and permissions before doing so. If you are a parent or guardian concerned about a minor’s information on the service, contact us with the relevant record so we can review the concern.
