These terms describe the use of Premier Player Auction, a platform for managing clubs, leagues, teams, player registrations, and player auctions. Please read them before using the service.
Using the service
Use the service lawfully and provide accurate information. Keep your account credentials secure and use only accounts and management features you are authorized to access. Do not interfere with auctions, manipulate records without permission, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.
Organizer responsibilities
League and tournament organizers are responsible for their event rules, eligibility decisions, player permissions, budgets, and the accuracy of information they submit. Confirm registration requirements and auction rules with the relevant organizer. The platform provides management tools; an entry or auction result does not itself guarantee participation, selection, payment, or an employment relationship.
Content and permissions
Submit player details, photographs, logos, and other content only when you have the right and necessary permissions to do so. You retain your rights in content you provide and permit the service to store, process, and display it to operate the relevant features. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content. Contact us to report content you believe violates your rights.
Ownership and third-party brands
Site materials and third-party names, logos, and images remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Availability on this site does not grant permission to copy or reuse protected material. Sponsor placements and external links do not guarantee the quality or availability of third-party products or services.
Fees and event disputes
Confirm any service charges, tournament fees, payment arrangements, and refund terms with the party offering them before making a commitment. Where PayPal checkout is enabled, payment processing is also subject to PayPal’s terms. Direct disputes about eligibility, team selection, event conduct, or organizer-managed payments to the relevant organizer. Contact us for issues with the platform itself.
Availability and accuracy
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change or be interrupted, and information may contain errors. Organizers should verify important records and auction outcomes before relying on them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
